These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the bdjel platform, including all games, betting markets, payment services, promotions, and any other features made available through the website https://bdjel.org (the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and bdjel (the "Company", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms may be supplemented by additional rules, promotional terms, and game-specific conditions displayed on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, the supplementary document shall prevail with respect to the specific activity it governs, unless stated otherwise. bdjel reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility

Access to and use of the bdjel Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not a self-excluded player or a player who has been suspended or banned from the Platform for any reason.

bdjel reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point during your relationship with the Platform. Failure to provide adequate documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending funds pending the outcome of the verification process.

2. Account Registration

To access the full features of the bdjel Platform, you must create a player account by completing the registration process. You agree that:

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date at all times. You must notify bdjel of any changes to your registered details promptly.
• You may only register one account. Opening multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bdjel accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account.
• bdjel reserves the right to verify your identity at registration and at any subsequent point. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method.

bdjel reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an existing account at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason, where it reasonably believes that acceptance of that registration or continuation of that account would be contrary to these Terms, applicable law, or the interests of fair and responsible gaming.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

bdjel supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum limits may apply and will be communicated within the cashier section of the Platform.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. bdjel does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit made from a payment method not registered to the account holder may be returned, and the account may be subject to review.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket transactions under normal operating conditions, subject to identity verification. Processing times for card withdrawals may be longer.
• bdjel reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity or source-of-funds verification. Players must cooperate fully with any such verification request. Where withdrawal requests cannot be processed due to an ongoing investigation, bdjel will notify the player accordingly.

bdjel does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may impose their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any such third-party fees. Currency conversion charges may apply to non-BDT transactions.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

bdjel offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless the specific terms of a particular offer state otherwise:

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms at the time of the offer.
• Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the promotion terms. Any bonus or related winnings that have not been used within the validity period will be forfeited automatically without further notice.
• bdjel reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time at its sole discretion. Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method intended to exploit promotions — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional gamblers, advantage players, or individuals using automated software to exploit bonus offers are not eligible for any promotional offers on the Platform.

bdjel does not guarantee that any promotional offer will be available at any particular time. Promotions are offered at the Company's discretion and may be altered or discontinued without prior notice to individual players.

5. Responsible Gaming

bdjel is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to helping players who may be experiencing difficulty with their gambling habits. As part of this commitment:

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, a limit may be reduced immediately but may not be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Players may request a time-out period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, or a permanent self-exclusion at any time, by contacting the bdjel support team. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended, and no marketing communications will be sent.
• bdjel employs responsible gaming monitoring tools to identify players displaying signs of problematic gambling behaviour. Where such signs are identified, bdjel may contact the player proactively to offer support and information about responsible gaming resources.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdjel Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, gain an unfair advantage, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources and attempting to withdraw those funds as winnings.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to circumvent a self-exclusion, to abuse promotional offers, or to circumvent any account restriction imposed by bdjel.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or any other communication with bdjel.

bdjel's determination that a prohibited activity has occurred shall be final, subject only to a formal written dispute submitted to the support team within 14 days of the action taken. bdjel will review all such disputes in good faith and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdjel Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, game titles, logos, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is owned by or licensed to bdjel and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bdjel. Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdjel, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation any loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if bdjel has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bdjel's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any losses arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bdjel's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

9. Privacy

bdjel collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bdjel will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers solely for the purpose of identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and the provision of the Platform's services. You may review your rights under our Privacy Policy at any time.

10. Amendments to These Terms

bdjel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where any amendment is material, bdjel will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the Platform or by email to the address registered to the player's account. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain aware of any changes.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms takes effect constitutes your binding acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request closure of your account by contacting the support team.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. bdjel is committed to resolving disputes fairly and transparently. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct correspondence with the support team, the parties may seek resolution through any applicable dispute resolution mechanism available under the laws applicable to the player's jurisdiction.
